By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.《 TERMS OF SERVICE 》──────────────────────
GENERAL / ARTWORK RIGHTS

I, the artist, have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork on other sites, as self-promotion.
The commissioner is NEVER permitted to sell / redraw / edit / modify / distribute / make merchandise / claim credit / commercial use (If you would want rights for commercial use MUST discussed with me beforehand, regarding about commercial use fee). Please DO NOT reupload / repost my artwork on any other site without proper credit. If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline your commission.The commissioned artworks are for personal use only: Credit must be given to me properly.*If you wish for me to not post the commission online or tagged you and would like to stay anonymous, please tell me beforehand ! !I only work with my artstyle.
Please don't ask me to change something that isn't a part of my artstyle !I won’t be charging you for showing you the progress. You can ask for it as long as you do not rush me. I don't charge for revisions, but if you ask me to change the same thing over and over, I'll have to charge you a fee.
Be clear and sure of the expressions and poses you want, avoid making me redraw a sketch I already did.Please provide a reference / sheet of your character, if you don't have them and I have to do everything from scratch, I will charge a fee. (40$ for a basic design and 55$ for more complex designs)

TIME / DELIVERY

Without a specific given date, the commission will not have a specific deadline or timeframe. Please do NOT rush me, I work at my own pace. Depending on complexity/amount of order, commissions normally take from 1-3 weeks or more but ultimately depending on my schedule/many factors such as;Health, amount of order of commission, complexity, school or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified ASAP.

DEADLINES

Please inform me about deadlines before I start on your commission. If the deadline is within a week or less prior to the day the request was accepted, you maybe;
a) Be charged extra for rush fee
(It will cost an additional 50% of the commission price.)
or;
b) I may cancel the commission if, I don't think I can finish in time.Paying a rush commission will put you at the top of the queue, as a priority, I will work on your order first whenever I can. Please note that the other rules are still valid for a rush commission.

Payment Information

I will only be using Paypal via Invoices in USD!
I will not start a commission until payment is received. (not even rough sketch unless paid)
If payment is not received by then, the purchase will be cancelled.
I only accept payment FULLY upfront.
There will be NO REFUNDS after commission has been started.

REFUNDING POLICY

I only accept refunds if I haven't started on the commission.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

CUSTOMER SATISFICATION:

You MAY REQUEST to see the sketch before I start colouring and a last time with the base colour. However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made;Such as small colouring/marking mistakes. Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Charge $15+ per new correction. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.DO NOT spam me asking how your commission is going, I will send you the WIPs everytime I do a major change or progress.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioner (client) are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you don’t want to be tagged on my social media or be shown on my portfolio please let me know.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be RETRACTED.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you, will be retracted.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
